Tiba Palace is a small development of around 60 apartments built over 5-6 floors with a patio area in the middle. The building has 24/7 security, lifts to all floors and a roof terrace. Tiba Palace has a reasonable maintenance fee paid annually. The building is located in Al Ahyaa, approximately half way between Hurghada and El Gouna. In the area there are a few supermarkets , restaurants and shops and you are only minutes away from the cafes, restaurants and bars at downtown El Gouna or the El Gouna Marina.
