Dealing with sun Homes was something I wasn't expecting of finding in Egypt. Professional, efficient, dedicated, honest and on time! Rarely do you find such companies.

Our property was listed with several agents for over a year. Sun Homes had it listed for only 4 months and found a buyer for us with an offer we were happy to accept. The sale was completed in 3 weeks. Sun Homes' fee includes the lawyer's fee so you know exactly how much the fees will be regardless of the final selling price. We liked this - so much better than paying a percentage plus the lawyer's fee.
