It is now possible to stay in Bulgaria for up to 90 days in any six month period. Up until recently it was necessary to obtain a visa for any stay longer than 30 days in a six month period. This relaxation of the rules is good news for property owners who may wish to stay in the counrty for longer periods of time.

However, it is still necessary to obtain a long term visa for stays in excess of this. Details are available on the Bulgarian Embassy website www.bulgarianembassy.org.uk or in the information section on our website.

After many years of ownership, we decided to sell our apartment in Egypt primarily to use the money to see more of the world. We did not need to sell, so we wanted a good price. After many suboptimal offers, George Sorial managed to find a purchaser willing to pay this price. The selling process is somewhat complex, but George was excellent throughout and provided all of the necessary support with lawyers, Notaries, Embassies, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, International document transfers, bank transfers etc. Ultimately a potential organisational nightmare went exceptionally smoothly.
