Interlink Sun homes recently celebrated the opening of its third overseas office in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Hurghada. This is a fantastic achievement for the company which began trading 4 years ago & also has offices in the ski resort of Bansko & on the Black Sea Coast in Bulgaria.

The company “Sun Homes Egypt” has an office in the central area of Hurghada located on Sheraton Road where all the main restaurants & shops are located, and is adjacent to the famous “Starfish” restaurant. The project has been overseen by co-director George Sorial, who has taken several trips to the country to source new projects and premises & recruit staff who have expertise in the Egyptian property market.

George is confident the office will share the success of the companies other office’s in Bulgaria. “We can offer a complete service to our clients wishing to purchase property in Egypt. After many years of ownership, we decided to sell our apartment in Egypt primarily to use the money to see more of the world. We did not need to sell, so we wanted a good price. After many suboptimal offers, George Sorial managed to find a purchaser willing to pay this price. The selling process is somewhat complex, but George was excellent throughout and provided all of the necessary support with lawyers, Notaries, Embassies, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, International document transfers, bank transfers etc. Ultimately a potential organisational nightmare went exceptionally smoothly.
