St Ivan ski and spa is located on high ground 2 km north east from the gondola lift very close to both St Ivan Rilski and Royal Park hotels. Facilities include 24/7 security with gated entrance, reception, shuttle bus to the ski lift and working lifts to all floors. There is a picturesque lake with fish restaurant a short walk from the building complex which is open all year.
