Following on from the incredible success of the Sun Homes BG office in the ski resort of Bansko, Interlink Sun Homes have now opened an office on the Black Sea Coast.
The office is located in a central part of Sunny Beach in a pedestrian area with shops and restaurants close by. Sun Homes BG, in Sunny Beach, has joined forces with Bulgarian company RIS ltd to form an exclusive partnership. RIS have many years experience in the property market.
There are Bulgarian staff and English staff in the office, which is open daily throughout the summer season. Director Nigel Murton, who is in Sunny Beach to oversee the project says “We can now offer a complete service to our clients wishing to purchase property on the Black Sea Coast. The clients who have arranged inspection visits from our UK office are then passed on to us when they arrive in Bulgaria. There are no third parties involved, clients are dealing with us from start to finish.”
